We specialize in the customized processing and large-scale manufacturing of mica-based products. Leveraging mature production processes, precision processing equipment, and a strict quality control system, we provide full-range mica solutions for customers across various industries.
In terms of our core processing business, we can customize and produce a variety of mica stamping parts according to customers’ drawings, size and performance requirements — ranging from precision small insulating gaskets to large special-shaped structural parts. Adopting CNC stamping technology, we ensure a dimensional accuracy of ±0.05mm and a smooth, burr-free surface, which meets the insulation and shock absorption needs of scenarios such as electronic components, motors, and instrumentation.
Meanwhile, we have the production capacity for a full range of mica base materials:
- Thick Mica Plates: With a thickness range of 2-20mm, they are pressed from high-purity natural mica raw materials, featuring excellent insulation and mechanical strength. Their temperature resistance can reach 500-900℃, and they are often used in the insulating support structures of high-voltage equipment and industrial heating furnaces;
- Hard Mica Plates: Processed through high-temperature curing, they have high hardness and strong impact resistance, with a dielectric strength of >20KV/mm. They are the core insulating materials for household appliance heating elements and electronic disinfection equipment;
- Flexible Mica Plates: Made by compounding with flexible binders, they can be bent and folded to fit irregular curved surfaces, suitable for wrapping motor coils and local insulation protection of small precision instruments;
- In addition, we also supply Mica Ore (Muscovite Ore, Phlogopite Ore) and Mica Powder (with a fineness of 325-2500 meshes). The ore purity is ≥90%, and the mica powder has low impurity content. It can be used as a filler in fields such as coatings, plastics, and cosmetics to improve the insulation and weather resistance of products.
Covering the entire industrial chain from raw material mining to finished product processing, we can adjust product formulas and processes according to the industry characteristics of customers, meeting the personalized needs of multiple fields including household appliances, electronics, industry, and new energy.
