After the heating wire is wound into shape, it undergoes oxidation insulation, carburizing, and boronizing treatments. This ensures the surface of the heating wire is insulated, and its service life is extended by 2-3 times.

- The thickness of the surface insulation oxide layer ranges from 3μm to 12μm.
- Insulation resistance: The resistance measured by a multimeter is infinite, meaning it is exceptionally high.
- Insulation strength: A single insulation layer can withstand an alternating current (AC) voltage of 50V without breakdown.
- Operating voltage: Ranges from 6V to 380V.
- Operating temperature: Maximum operating temperature reaches 1100℃.
- Impact resistance: The heating element can endure 500 to 6000 cycles of cold-hot shock without deformation.
- Service life: Lasts from 1000 to 10000 hours.
