Quartz heating pipe series
Structure:
Uses high-quality Fe-Cr-Al heating wire, with both ends connected to stainless steel terminals. The exterior adopts a quartz glass tube and high – frequency ceramic, and the tube head is wrapped with fiberglass tape.
Features:
- Enables radiation heating, featuring high thermal efficiency, fast heating speed, and small thermal inertia.
- Has good matching absorption characteristics for spectral radiation, with no degeneration of infrared radiation performance after long-term use.
- Operating temperature: ≤600℃.
- Corrosion-resistant, easy to install, environmentally friendly and pollution-free.
Application:
Mainly used in ovens, barbecue microwaves, and heaters. The voltage, power, structure, and size can be customized according to customers’ requirements.
