Mica heating frame series
Using insulating mica as the frame and intertwined with metal heating wires made of Fe-Cr-Al or Ni-Cr, it is protected by a thermostat and thermal fuse, and then connected to a high-temperature-resistant wire.
- Better temperature protection
- Radiation heating, even heating, good heat conduction and fast heating.
- High temperature resistance, using temperature ≤300℃.
- Shape structure, size, voltage, power can be customized.
Mica heating core series
Round or flat Fe-Cr-Al heating wires are wound into round, W-shaped, or M-shaped configurations. These pre-formed wires are then intertwined with mica plates that offer high insulation performance, and connected to thermal protectors and high-temperature wires — forming a heating product that combines metal heating elements with insulating mica substrates
- Enhanced temperature protection with reliable thermal safeguards
- Superior high-temperature resistance, with a maximum operating temperature of ≤300℃
- Radiation-based heating ensures uniform heat distribution, excellent thermal conductivity, and rapid heating response
- Fully customizable in terms of shape, structure, dimensions, voltage, and power to meet specific application requirements

Mica heating coil series
Ni-Cr or Fe-Cr-Al heating wires are wound around mica substrates, then wrapped externally with aluminum or stainless steel plates, and connected to high-temperature wires.
- Features excellent insulation, high temperature resistance, and high pressure resistance.
- Offers high heat utilization efficiency, efficient heat transfer, and uniform heating performance.
- Can be fully customized based on clients' requirements for voltage, power, and external structure.
Mica heating film series
It is the integral heating element produced by a special pressing process, utilizing high-quality high-temperature resistant mica paper and alloy heating film.
- The integral pressing of mica and heating film results in better anti-vibration performance and enhanced safety.
- With panel-type heating, it heats up rapidly, and the thermal efficiency can reach up to 96%, which makes it much more energy-saving.
- Being super light and thin, it is more suitable for the appearance design of electrical appliances.
- It operates without noise, odor, or light pollution, being both environmentally friendly and hygienic.
Heating toaster inner container processing
After the heating wire is wound into shape, it undergoes oxidation insulation, carburizing, and boronizing treatments. This ensures the surface of the heating wire is insulated, and its service life is extended by 2-3 times.
- The thickness of the surface insulation oxide layer ranges from 3μm to 12μm.
- Insulation resistance: The resistance measured by a multimeter is infinite, meaning it is exceptionally high.
- Operating voltage: Ranges from 6V to 380V.
- Operating temperature: Maximum operating temperature reaches 1100℃.
Quartz heating pipe series
Uses high-quality Fe-Cr-Al heating wire, with both ends connected to stainless steel terminals. The exterior adopts a quartz glass tube and high - frequency ceramic, and the tube head is wrapped with fiberglass tape.
- Enables radiation heating, featuring high thermal efficiency, fast heating speed, and small thermal inertia.
- Has good matching absorption characteristics for spectral radiation, with no degeneration of infrared radiation performance after long-term use.
- Operating temperature: ≤600℃.
- Corrosion-resistant, easy to install, environmentally friendly and pollution-free.
