Built for small batch brewers, this immersion chiller helps reduce cooling time after boiling so brewers can reach yeast pitching temperatures more efficiently.

The proprietary clover-shaped copper coil uses 12.5 feet of 1/4" outer diameter copper tubing to improve heat transfer during wort chilling. Sized specifically for smaller brewing setups, the compact design fits common 1 gallon brewing kettles including 2 gallon brew pots used for stovetop brewing.

Rapid wort chilling helps reduce the amount of time wort remains vulnerable to contamination after boiling. Faster cooling may also support cold break formation, helping proteins, hop debris, and brewing solids separate more effectively for improved beer clarity.
